- CompeteRealty will contact you when buyers and sellers are looking for an agent
- If you choose you can contact a user and tell them why you should be their agent
- At the end of the selection process the user will choose an agent
- The agent who is chosen will then be given the user's contact information so that they can begin to work together

- What does it cost to use CompeteRealty?
- $250 dollars for every $100k of the closing price.
- For example: You broker a property that sells for $369,000. You will then be required to pay CompeteRealty $750
- When do I pay?
- You pay only after you complete your transaction with the buyer or seller.
- How much do I pay if the transaction does not complete?
- Absolutely nothing! You are only obligated to pay if you close a transaction.
- Is there an agent ranking system?
- We keep analytic data of the ratio of each agent's successful transactions so the agents with the happiest clients are ranked better on the site.
